The ambience in the restaurant is pleasant and has a Japanese style. The ramen and sushi are delicious. The staff is very friendly.

The second I walked through the door, I’m greeted with a warm welcome from all of the employees there. they made me feel like this was my home and i was retreating back to my sanctuary after a long day at work. The waitresses were exceptionally kind, and she memorized my whole order with customized instructions by heart. She gave me a timeframe of when the food was going to arrive in the next 10 to 15 minutes, but surprise me when the food arrived 8 1/2 minutes early. The Ramen was outstanding. The noodles felt handmade and the soup was immaculate. I am a tourist not from here, but this place caught me off guard with how great it really was. I would definitely recommend this place and come back here.

Still one of the best ramens out there. So happy that they finally branched out in Dumaguete. Tonkotsu’s chashu is a bit embarrassing compared to their Cebu counterpart. I’d say it’s 2.5 stars. Visually (3 stars), it looks a bit different again from its Cebu counterpart. But I’m a bit biased because I’ve always love their tonkotsu ramen and all their food so yeah, I give it a solid 4 stars. 5, if they perfected their chashu and the visual aspect.

Sachi is the new ramen restaurant here in Dumaguete. We tried their own ramen and compared it with other ramen. I can tell that the soup in the ramen is not overwhelm with oils unlike with other ramen restaurant. The soup is thick and flavorful. The food is excellent. The place is excellent and clean. The service crews are accommodating as well. Sure we will return if ever we cravings for ramen.

Meshiagare 1. I've tried different ramens. This one's missing a kick to my tongue. Ramen lovers will know it 2. There are some food on their menu that seems to be pricey. But if it is coz of the rent, that is understandable. 3. I wish all your crews will have smile on their face while welcoming the customers. But overall, we enjoyed our meal. I believe you could do better than this

Arrived here at around almost 3 pm, as they were about to have their break. Service time was good. Ramen was okay, Maki was okay too. Haven't really tried their branches in Cebu, but I wasn't really making big expectations. Still very commercialized ramen.

Some of the dish in the menu are not available. This place needs to expand as it can get crowded on peak hours I find the their location great since there is always available parking at the back and it faces the sea. To be honest, having tried Japanese cuisines in Dubai, I find the flavor mediocre, although, it can satisfy your cravings but really not quite astounding. Kudos to the staff though for being swift and friendly.

Few minutes walk from Marina, few minutes' drive from the port. Ordered pork and beef teriyaki and takoyaki. Loved their takoyaki - 10/10! Staff was also accommodating and so nice. They gave us free brownies for Valentine's.
